Online Ordering
To order online, simply click the products button in the left hand menu and navigate through the various sections to find the product you would like to buy. Once you have selected your chosen product, click 'Buy' button! Your order will then be added to your virtual 'Shopping Basket' where at you can choose to either continue shopping for other items, or you can 'Checkout' and pay for your goods.

Checkout Procedure
During the checkout procedure you will be asked for your name, address and payment details (ie: credit card information). Please ensure that your details are entered correctly to enable us to process your order without delay.

By Mail
You can order by mail in two ways, simply use the online order facility to place items into your 'Shopping Basket' exactly the same as if you were ordering online. Fill in all your details as if you were about to place an online order (you can even fill in your credit card information if you wish to pay that way) - but DO NOT press the "Place Order" button at the end. Instead, all you need to do is click the print button and this will create a printed order form for you to post to us with your Cheque, Postal Order or Credit/Debit Card details.

Delivery
For stock items, delivery is normally within 3 days in England and Wales but can take a little longer in the remote areas of Scotland. Please contact us for specific delivery times overseas. In the event of any items being out of stock, you will be notified of any delay. Please contact us if you would like us to estimate an approximate delivery date for your order. All packages are sent in plain wrappings - the words 'Naughty Napkins' WILL NOT appear on the outer wrapping of any item.
